700-Calorie Burger

When you get fast food, you know you're entering into a scenario where you'll be consuming a lot of calories, but the famed Spicy Chicken Sandwich comes in at a gut-busting 700 calories and contains 1,473 mg of salt.

The Food and Drug Administration advises that you consume no more than 2,300 milligrams of salt each day.
