NEW YORK - A man in Chelsea was bike jacked when a gunman stole his Citi Bike.

At around 4:30 pm on August 15, a 31-year-old man was riding a Citi Bike in Chelsea. At the corner of 8th Avenue and 17th Street, the bike rider was approached by a man with a Fanny pack across his chest.

He was last seen wearing a brown fanny pack across his chest, black hooded sweatshirt with white writings on the sleeves, gray pants and black sneakers.
