Smoke Shop Thief Caught with his Hand in the Till
NEW YORK - A smoke shop crook was caught on camera with his hand in the register. Cops said the same crook not only robbed two Queens smoke shops but also one in Manhattan. At around 5:20 pm on September 22, two men entered a smoke shop in Ridgewood, Queens. Cops said the men walked up to a 25-year-old employee and displayed a knife.

BRONX - Cops are looking for a gunman decked out all in blue who robbed a Bronx smoke shop. Police released surveillance video of the suspect who was dressed in a bright blue track suit and white hat during the morning robbery.

BRONX - Cops have arrested a suspect in the fatal arrest of a Bronx man in what news reports claim to be a case of mistaken identity. Police arrested 36-year-old Bryant Gonzalez and charged him with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon. Gonzalez was charged in the death of 44-year-old Juan Martinez.

Cops said one of the men put the victim in a chokehold while his partner rifled through the man’s pockets and forcibly removed a cellphone and $400 cash.
