Denver Broncos biggest winners from their preseason opener against the Minnesota Vikings started at the quarterback position with Drew Lock. The quarterback battle between Drew Lock & Teddy Bridgewater carried into the preseason opener, and Lock put some separation between him and Bridgewater after an excellent performance. Lock started the game and put up 151 yards and 2 touchdowns. The highlight of the game came in the first quarter when Lock and K.J. Hamler hooked up for an 80-yard touchdown. Trinity Benson, a roster bubble player, may have played himself into a serious roster spot contention after collecting two scores. Another bubble player, safety P.J.
