(Denver, Colorado) You may not be able to get a table at Casa Bonita—reservations are hotter than sopapillas fresh out of the oven.

But the pink castle on Colfax is now selling merchandise, a move that was foreshadowed earlier this month when the restaurant requested Etsy put the kibosh on artists selling similar items.

Casa Bonita’s shop is called El Mercado and stocks Casa Bonita dive team T-shirts ($29.95), corduroy snapback hats ($29.95) and a 317-piece puzzle of the landmark building ($99.95).

El Mercado also has a sopaipilla collection, with a tabletop flag (more sopapillas, please!) a sopapilla-scented candle that smells like cinnamon, caramelized sugar and honey.

South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker revitalized Casa Bonita, pouring $40 million into the Colorado institution with cliffside divers, roving mariachi bands and the cavernous “Black Bart’s Cave.”

The pair tapped Chef Dana Rodriguez, a James Beard nominee and Chihuahua, Mexico native, to lead the culinary program.

Chef Rodriguez 's salsas are for sale in El Mercado. The three-pack comes with Salsa Loca (the secret ingredient is pumpkin seeds), Green Chili and Muy Hot Sauce. Michelada, margarita and green chili Bloody Mary mixers are also in stock.

Casa Bonita’s shop also sells kitchen items like tea towels, tortilla warmers and pint glasses.
