(Englewood, Colo) Champagne Sunday brunch is officially back at the Hilton Denver Inverness, an Englewood hotel near Park Meadows Mall, and the over-the-top buffet is stocked with snow crab legs and prime rib. Bottomless mimosas and champagne can be added to your brunch tab.
The brunch buffet was on pause amid the pandemic, but the hotel’s Garden Terrace (200 Inverness Drive W. in Englewood) has officially welcomed back the weekly tradition, which includes a live jazz show. It’s been voted “Denver’s Best Brunch Buffet” by Westword and citysearch.com.
The hotel’s Sunday champagne brunch comes with more than 100 buffet options, including a raw bar where crab legs, oysters on the half shell, and plump shrimp cocktail are on ice.
For those with a sweet tooth, there’s several pastry options and mini waffles that come with loads of toppings.
A make-to-order omelet station, eggs benedict, plus poke bowls, sushi rolls and sashimi are also available at brunch stations.
The Champagne Sunday Brunch is $64.95 for adults, with an unlimited mimosa or champagne upgrade for an extra $10 per person. It’s $32 for children ages 6-12. Children 5 and under are free.
Reservations are recommended because the buffet sells out most weekends.
