NJ Boss Babe Gives Back To Single Moms
In honor of National Women’s Month, Nicole Guzzardi is a boss babe who deserves the spotlight. Nicole has worked in real estate development since 2017. Since establishing herself in the industry, she’s found areas where more attention is required for women to succeed.
Of course, real estate development isn’t the only male-dominated industry, and Nicole recognized this as she connected with more women throughout her career. In 2019, Nicole founded the Girls Networking Out Committee for career-focused women on the East Coast. Every woman on The Committee GNO has the same common goal: to empower themselves and the women around them so everyone grows and thrives.
In today’s society, women have become very competitive, which has driven women apart and essentially hindered women’s overall success in society. Nicole’s vision was to bridge that gap for women and help them women reconnect with the village-type support system.
Over the last five years, The Committee GNO has linked thousands of women from all over the state and developed connections. The power of Nicole’s committee is only continuing to grow.
Most recently, Nicole has officially launched the S.M.A.R.T. Foundation, a non-profit focused on connecting single mothers with the resources they need to improve the lives of themselves and their children. S.M.A.R.T. is an acronym for: Single Mothers All Rise Together.
Nicole was inspired to start the S.M.A.R.T. Foundation after she became a single mother. Due to unfortunate circumstances a few years back, she found herself in a dire situation. Then and there, she decided she’d do everything to prevent such a situation from unfolding again for herself or other women. And so, after a few years of planning, the S.M.A.R.T. Foundation was born. In less than a month, it has become one of the most direct non-profit organizations providing aid to this extremely large percentage of women in today’s society.
