What would you do if you found out your husband of 14 years was secretly recording your 16-year-old daughter while she showered?
Update: Brintle let police listen in as she confronted her husband about the hidden camera in their home. According to police, Horacio Minero-Hernandez, 39, admitted to putting the camera in the shower, but he did not give a reason why. He only stated it was a mistake. He also stated that he never watched anyone take a shower because the camera never worked.
Minero-Hernandez was arrested and charged with attempted sexual exploitation of a minor. He is currently being held with a bond of $20,000. However, he’s not eligible for release due to a hold from Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
A devastated mother of three recently took to TikTok to share that she found out her husband of 14 years has been secretly recording her 16-year-old daughter in the shower.
Chasity Brintle of Nashville, who goes by @newmommyof3 on TikTok, went to take a shower in her daughter's bathroom when she discovered the camera. Brintle said in a TikTok video that the shower light didn't come on when she went to shower, so she assumed it needed a bulb. She said after taking a closer look, she discovered that there was a camera in the socket.
Brintle said that her husband, a construction worker, recently remodeled the teen's bathroom. She realized that is when he must have planted the camera.
After confronting her husband, he admitted to installing the camera in the bathroom.
Brintle then took her children, ages 2, 12, and 16, and left the home. The 12 and 16-year-old are Brintle's from a previous relationship, and she shares the 2-year-old son with her husband.
The struggling mother has set up a GoFundMe seeking help with getting back on her feet. The family currently has no money and nowhere to go.
