Bob Saget, the beloved actor who played the patriarch in the lovable comedy show, Full House, passed away unexpectedly in Orlando.
The understanding, soft spoken dad on primetime television, but witty, sometimes raunchy comedian, Bob Saget, has been found dead at 65 years old earlier Sunday afternoon, in Orlando, FL. Multiple sources connected to the comedian have confirmed his passing. The Sheriff's Department responded to a 911 call made by hotel security after security found an unresponsive Saget in his Ritz-Carlton hotel room. He was pronounced dead at the scene with no evidence of drugs or foul play being a factor.
Saget had been touring the country throughout the month, having a lot of shows in Florida, when he performed a show last night in Jacksonville at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. Bob Saget was a sight for sore eyes when he was eliminated and unmasked in the November 4th episode of The Masked Singer. His costume, Squiggly Monster, stayed true to the comedic off the rail style Saget was known for prior to starring on Full House in 1987. He was also the host of America's Funniest Home Videos from 1989-1997.
Born Robert Lane Saget in Philadelphia, PA, Saget had a career that spanned from 1977-2022. Many comedians and Hollywood starts have flocked to social media to express their condolences and shock about Saget's death.
He is survived by his wife, Kelly Rizzo, who he married in 2018, and three children. The cause of death is still being investigated at this time.
