Japan’s New Richest Person Builds $38 Billion Automation Fortune

Sep.13 -- Tadashi Yanai, the entrepreneur behind the Uniqlo brand, is no longer Japan's richest person. Takemitsu Takizaki, the founder of electronic-sensor maker Keyence Corp., is now at the top of the list. Takizaki is worth $38.2 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
