New Bars and Restaurants to visit this week in Seattle!

Seattle is back with all new restaurants and bars that opened last week. Many restaurants were in the works during pre-pandemic, and others are from the past years' upside-down dining culture.

There are four new restaurants and bars that you can visit in Seattle.

Jackson's Catfish Corner

The new space has a cheerful yellow logo and stools to match. The owner is carrying a legacy of his grandparents at Jackson's Catfish Corner. The Jackson serves shrimp, greens, gumbo, and burgers.

Inside Passage

Inside Passage has dramatic installations with 40 seat space, with a tentacled sea creature overhead. You can enjoy exciting Rum and Cocktails at the Inside Passage.

Blotto Pizzeria

Blotto began as a Broadway Alley popup and now occupies the former Chungee's space. The Blotto has a handful of seats for dine-in and makes a variety of pizzas.

Pho Bac Downtown

The Pho Bac Downtown has some of the best dry noodles. The housemade baguettes with stuffed salted egg meatballs, tofu, park roasted in banana leaf, and many more.
