The French toast recipe is one of my all-time favorite recipes, and I almost make it every alternate day. It's a quick and easy-to-make recipe and healthy as well. I prepare it often for breakfast and sometimes for an evening snack.

To make French toast, you would require thick slices of bread, egg, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt to taste. Beat the egg, milk, salt, vanilla extract, and spices together in a bowl, heat a skillet, or griddle with oil. Dunk the bread slices in egg mixture on both sides. Put the bread in the pan and cook on both sides until brown. Serve it hot with some berry toppings.
