Modern Restaurant Group, the hospitality group behind El Camino, is preparing to launch its largest restaurant location yet.

This December, El Camino will open the doors to the brand's fourth location situated in the city's new "restaurant row" in midtown Boca Raton.

The new restaurant will join the South Florida-headquartered hospitality group's sister concepts — including Delray Beach establishments Park Tavern and Cut 432 — in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Delray Beach.

To prep for their December opening, the restaurant is actively starting to hold weekly job fairs at the new location at 5377 Town Center Road in Boca Raton.

El Camino will be hiring 250 employees for the new flagship location, including 20-30 line cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen staff along with bartenders and servers.

Interested applicants can also find out about future hiring opportunities via the company’s social media pages on Facebook and Instagram. The public is invited to sign up for grand opening festivities at elcaminofla.com.

When it opens, El Camino’s new location will also debut some Boca-exclusive dishes and cocktails including a red snapper ceviche with Manzano chilies, pickled Cambray onions, caper berries, and green olives.

New cocktails unique to El Camino Boca Raton will spotlight the "Mango Lassi" margarita prepared with both mezcal and tequila, a housemade mango lassi mix, firewater bitters, and rimmed with a turmeric-chile salt.

There will also be an all-new blueberry margarita that marries Pasubio amaro, Palo Cortado sherry, and a housemade lacto-fermented blueberry syrup spiked with cinnamon, cardamom, and fresh ginger.

Don't miss the house-aged banana tequila which uses 30 pounds of ripe bananas to flavor 12 bottles worth of tequila.

As with all El Camino restaurants, brand-exclusive urban street art and elevated design plays prominence, and El Camino Boca Raton will feature the brand’s signature muralist, Miami street artist Ruben Ubiera, along with an interior design by Pam Manhas (of Manhas Design).

El Camino Boca Raton will be opening this December at Boca Raton’s new Restaurant Row, 5377 Town Center Road, Unit #100 Boca Raton. For more information, visit elcaminofla.com
