Tropical BBQ Market: Authentic Florida Craft BBQ Now Open in West Palm Beach

Tropical Smokehouse, the West Palm Beach-based restaurant synonymous with authentic Florida craft barbecue, is bringing even more flavor to the city.

Last month, owner Jason Lakow and chef/owner Rick Mace opened the second location of their restaurant, this one dubbed Tropical BBQ Market.

The move comes just as the restaurant was named the only Florida establishment to make Southern Living magazine's 2023 list of the South's Top 50 Barbecue Joints.

The new fast-casual outpost is located at 206 Olive Avenue, the former home of Aioli, which now includes an added bar area as well as indoor/outdoor seating.

The restaurant is counter service, where guests can enjoy prompt and friendly service. The new concept includes the brand’s first-ever upscale deli market, where high-quality meats, salads, and other menu items can be purchased to grab-and-go.
