Eddie V's, a restaurant known for its prime seafood, hand-carved steaks, and theatrical cocktails, will open its doors in Boca Raton later this month.
The brand cuurently operates three locations within Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa. Additional locations can be found in states including Arizon, California, Colorado, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Texas.
The restaurant is set to begin welcoming guests via reservations on Thursday, September 28, and will be begin taking walk-in guests beginning Sunday, October 1.
Located at 201 Plaza Real in Mizner Park, Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as premium hand-carved steaks by the in-house butcher.
In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios nightly and seductive lighting. Signature items include a Chilean Sea Bass Steamed Hong Kong Style, Parmesan Sole and Crab Fried Rice, in addition to desserts baked fresh daily in their pastry kitchen, including Bananas Foster Butter Cake flambéed tableside and served with Butter Pecan Ice Cream.
Managing partner Michael Adelman celebrates 12 years of industry experience and began his restaurant career as a busser. Currently at Eddie V's in Fort Lauderdale, tells News Break he's excited to open in Palm Beach County.
"As a native of South Florida, it is an honor and a privilege to be part of opening Eddie V's in Boca Raton," shares Adelman.

The new restaurant is nearly 11,000-square feet, including four private dining rooms and an outdoor patio. The dining room is open seven days a week for dinner:Monday through Saturday from 5 – 10 p.m., and Sunday from 5 – 9 p.m.
The V Lounge opens an hour early each day at 4 p.m. and serves happy hour Sunday through Thursday from 4 – 6:30 p.m. Live music trios perform nightly on Sunday from 6 – 9 p.m., Monday – Thursday from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 6:30 – 10:30 p.m. Valet services are available. Reservations are recommended, but not required.
