With Miami Spice in full effect — and In the wake of its recent Heat Seeker Dinner — this Wynwood eatery is offering an unbeatable end-of-summer deal.
As a "thank you" to its loyal patrons, Beaker & Gray has launched its latest promotion dubbed the Wynwood Appreciation Menu, a generous prix-fixe offering by chef/owner Brian Nasajon.
Rather than restrict guests to one choice for various courses, diners can instead choose three dishes from the entire menu. Want three appetizers? You can get three appetizers. Fancy three main plates? They'll OK that, too. And, at $42 per person, the deal is a literal steal.
For those who aren't familiar, Beaker & Gray is Wynwood's lively from partners Brian Nasajon and Ben Potts. Nasajon serves as executive chef, while Potts sees to the bar program. Cocktails come fruity and fizzy (shaken) or bold and boozy (stirred), and the food is significantly elevated from the usual pub grub. Favorite like chicken wings and ramen bowls come with a sophisticated twist.
To make sure guests feel the love, Potts has also created a special drink menu. While these items will change regularly, the Wynwood Appreciation Menu will be available during dinner service throughout the entire month of September.
Current menu options include:
- Arroz con Pollo with chimichurri chicken, roasted peppers & tempura crunch
- Tennessee Hot Chicken Wings with cayenne & yuzu kosho ranch
- Japanese Eggplant with aji rocoto, miso mustard & spicy peanuts Ricotta with chives, black lava salt & sourdough
- Cheesy Noodles with bacon & smoked gouda
Current drink options include:
- Walls Garden – Don Julio Blanco, italicus, egg glair, basil, yuzu
- Second Avenue Sling – Tanqueray Sevilla, Aperol, rhubarb syrup, vanilla
- Tony Goldmanhattan – Johnnie Walker Black, PX Sherry, banana, coco-tamarind tincture
