And this year, anyone can dazzle dad thanks to some new-found culinary skills compliments of local Fort Lauderdale Season's 52 executive chef Elvis Bravo and his web-based cooking class series Cooking with the Galleria.

All you have to do to participate: tune-in to Facebook Live and watch as Season’s 52 chef Bravo shows followers how to prepare the restaurant's Kona Crusted Lamb Loin during his next free Cooking with The Galleria virtual tutorial series.

“What better way to celebrate dad than treating him to a succulent lamb loin?" asks Season's 52 Fort Lauderdale executive chef Elvis Bravo. "Lamb has always been one of those special occasion meals in my family and it always brings everyone together. Every time I make it, I am reminded of those good times. I enjoy giving it a hard seared outside to get a salty crust and a warm pink center. Pair that with some hearty vegetables and dad’s favorite wine and that’s it, you are officially his favorite child now."

The Cooking with the Galleria series launched in April 2020 during Covid, and continues to be a huge success. Today, Bravo’s educational and spirited culinary segments have become anticipated programming as he entertains hundreds of thousands in the local community as viewers tune-in to learn how to prepare a number of dishes.

Those interested in learning how to make the Kona Crusted Lamb Loin can tune-in on Friday, June 18, at 2 p.m., using Facebook Live for the free virtual tutorial by visiting Even if you don't feel like making it yourself, you can work up an appettite learning how it's made — and enjoy the entrée at Season's 52 where it will also be available for dine-in at Season’s 52.
