Peoples' lives may seem magical on the outside or on social media in reality their lives could be awful and confusing.
What they post on Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook may be fake or not fully true but this is how people gain followers and attention.
People rarely post about what's going on at home because they only want you to know the good things about their life and what they are accomplishing.
In an article from Fox 2 News called "Former figure skater, 17, charged with throwing father from hood of her car in Canton" by Fox 2 Staff stated
"Investigators say 50-year-old Guangjie Shi allegedly jumped on the hood of the car Jenna was driving at the intersection of Stanton and Liberty Monday afternoon. Jenna allegedly kept driving, throwing her father from the vehicle and severely injuring him.
A YouTube video shows a very different Jenna Shi, once an accomplished figure skater with dreams of going to the Olympics.
Now a judge is ordering her to seek counseling and setting her bond at $100,000/10 percent.
Neighbors say they wish things would have never gotten to this point.
"That was devastating, the whole family is shaken up - the whole community is shaken up," Chadha said."
Things that happen at home should always be kept at home until it becomes abusive. Living in an abusive home whether it's parents abusing a child or the other way around is never safe.
I hope this family gains closure and a safe solution so they can continue on a positive note.
