Veggie fried rice with Salmon

Servings: 4. Prep. Time: 10-15 minutes. Cook Time: 20-25 minutes. Total Cooking Time: 35-40 minutes.

What you need

Stove or Microwave,
35-40 minutes.


Required Ingredients

  • A medium-sized bag of chopped vegetables or fruits
  • 2 cups of parboiled rice
  • A pound of fillet Salmon ( mushrooms for vegans and vegetarians).


Optional Ingredients

  • Salt or sugar to taste,
  • Oil.

Directions


Step 1.

  • Cut or chop vegetables or fruits,
  • Prepare salmon,
  • Set them aside.

Step 2.

  • Use a frying pan or any pot,
  • Heat the pan for a few seconds,
  • Add salmon or Mushrooms and stir-fry for about 5 minutes with high heat,
  • Flip and cook for about 4 minutes,
  • Lower the heat and cook for a few minutes,
  • Transfer the fish or mushroom to a plate
  • Set it aside.

Step 3.

  • Heat the salmon or mushroom broth for a few seconds,
  • Add parboiled rice and cook for about five minutes,
  • Make sure the rice is cooked to your taste.

Step 4.

  • Add chopped vegetables and stir for a few minutes,
  • Add spices and stir for a few seconds,
  • Cover the pot and cook for about a minute,
  • Your lunch or dinner is ready. Enjoy.

Microwave.

  • Use Microwave microwave-friendly pan,
  • Follow the same directions,
  • Cover your pan and cook to your taste,
  • Your meal is ready ( see the photo above).


Serve with water or wine.
