Shrimp, fruit, and vegetable stir fry

Here is a recipe for you to try.

Prep and cooking time: 20 minutes.

Are you working from home? Do you like cooking something new?

A healthy shrimp fruit and vegetable lunch:

Make 2 servings. Prep time: 10 minutes. Cook time: 10 minutes. Total time: 20 minutes.


  • 2 cups of cooked medium shrimp (substitute mushroom if you’re a Vegan),
  • One small size green and red bell pepper,
  • One small size of white onions,
  • An ounce of chopped spinach,
  • Optional: olive oil, salt, and curry.


  • Clean cooked shrimps and put them aside,
  • Wash and chop peppers and onions,
  • Get chopped spinach ready,
  • One tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 1

  • Use a frypan or any pot of your choice,
  • Heat the oil to medium. Add the onions and cooked shrimp,
  • Sauté and stir for about 2–5 minutes.

Step 2

  • Make sure chopped onions and shrimps are cooked for your taste,
  • Add chopped pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of curry,
  • Stir for about two minutes and steam for about 30 seconds,
  • Add chopped spinach and stir for about a minute.

Step 3

  • Ready to serve.
  • Serve with bread or beans.
