Corned beef and homegrown carrots for St. Patrick's Day dinner at home
Friday's backyard edible garden harvest was a bunch of purple carrots. Every 17th of March, I prepare corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and carrots for dinner and we all deck out in green to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
