Black rice, barley and chicken bowl

Love rice bowls during winter time, so I could use the leafy greens we are growing in our backyard edible garden. On this rice bowl, I used black rice, barley, chicken breast marinated in Peruvian seasoning and broiled in the air fryer, chopped lettuce from the garden and pickled ginger.
