What is kabocha squash?

A perfect Fall/Autumn recipe, kabocha squash is a cousin of butternut squash, but sweeter. Some actually use them to make dessert. It is a very nutritious vegetable, rich in beta-carotene and anti-oxidant, low in calories and with no fat. I will slice and cook this kabocha squash in coconut milk which will be on the next video.
