Soft-boiled eggs with microgreens

Using my favorite kitchen helper, the egg cooker, I soft-boiled three eggs for our picnic by the ocean. I actually wanted medium-boiled eggs which are easier to peel off, but I likely did not pour enough water. Anyway, I topped the eggs with microgreens which I am growing indoor using a smart grow light bulb from Haus Bright. You can find them at Amazon. If you need a discount, please comment down below.
