Beef picadillo with egg and plantain

Another "go to" dinner recipe on a busy workday. Last night's dinner was picadillo with medium boiled eggs cooked on the egg cooker and fried plantains. For the picadillo, I sauteed chopped garlic and onion, then I added the diced tomatoes from the backyard edible garden, the beef, diced potatoes and the.the dry peas. Seasoned with beef seasoning and freshly-cracked peppercorns.
