Growing and cooking fava beans

Fava beans or more commonly called broad beans in most of Europe, are cold-loving crops and one of those vegetables that typically take a long time to grow. We planted them back in early Fall and now it's time for them to go as we switch to sun-loving crops. On this video, I harvested some fava beans and cooked them for dinner with chicken, shrimp, mussels and potatoes in heavy creams.
