Pork chop marinated in Cuban garlic marinade

Not much to harvest from the garden at the moment as most of our winter vegetables have bolted and have been uprooted as we transplant some sun-loving crops. On this video, I harvested rosemary, mint, lemon and nasturtiums for a Cuban inspired dinner - pork chop marinated in Cuban garlic marinade, lemon-garlic-butter shrimp and rice & beans.
