Making focaccia bread
This delicious focaccia, a flat oven-baked Italian bread is super easy to make. I made a rectangular version topped with freshly-picked rosemary from the backyard garden and kalamata olives. Focaccia can be eaten as a snack, a sandwich bread or a side dish on soups and stews.
