A pot of crawfish and okra

These lobster-looking freshwater crustaceans called crawfish or crayfish are so delicious! We like them in lemon garlic butter sauce and in gumbo. On this video is a gumbo-inspired dish with lots of okra, but without the andouille sausage. Poured over rice and topped with green onions from the backyard garden... yum!
