Grilled oysters, red snapper and shrimp

We are firing up the grill again! This time we are grilling oysters, fish and shrimp. Fish is red snapper from New Zealand to make into Pescado Zarandeado, a favorite dish at El Toro Guero in Cabo. We are also grilling eggplant for our eggplant salad. It's Sunday and we are preparing our grilled seafood Sunday brunch.
