Middle Eastern inspired BBQ lunch

Time to roll the BBQ out of hibernation and let the grilling season begin! It's mid winter, but winter in this region tends to be very mild. The BBQ is Middle Eastern inspired with filet mignon kabob, chicken kabob and ikbir. The vegetables are tomatoes and bell peppers. I also prepared shirazi salad and saffron rice. The lavash and eggplant caviar are store bought. The wine is from Château Kirwan in Margaux in the southwestern region of France.
