No-cook dinner Shrimp Tostadas

Our no cook dinner the other night - SHRIMP TOSTADAS! One and a half pounds of shrimp marinated in limes from the backyard garden for 3 hours. Then spooned out from the marinade onto a serving dish. I added sliced tomatoes, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro and avocado. Mix and then spooned over a tostada... yum!
