Pickled mustard greens with chicken and tofu

Nutrition-packed and rich in disease fighting antioxidants, mustard greens have many culinary uses and one of my favorite ways to prepare them is to pickle in salt and vinegar. On this video, I pickled the mustard greens I harvested from our backyard garden, and then cooked with chicken and tofu.
