Shiso leaves from the backyard garden for a Japanese-inspired dinner

Catch, harvest and cook! Although we are not the ones who went fishing, but nevertheless this is a free meal except for the rice. Blue fin tuna that husband's friend caught over the weekend, seared in the oven and drizzled with a squeeze of calamansi from the backyard garden, a dollop of sushi rice, then wrapped in shiso leaves, also from the backyard garden. Healthy and spectacularly delicious!
