Shishito peppers, pear and thyme for our charcuterie dinner

Shishito peppers, one of our favorite vegetables to grow in the summer, are very easy to tend, very prolific and they thrive long - from early spring until fall in our growing zone here in Los Angeles. On this video, I harvested a pear, a bowl of shishito peppers and thyme for our charcuterie dinner.
