Lunch From The Backyard Garden On The First Sunday Of Advent
Some garden harvest and some stor-bought fish, Sea bream from the Mediterranean, butterflied and broiled with red onion, garlic and bell pepper. The harvest, calamansi were squeezed into a small bowl and mixed with soy sauce for the dipping sauce. On the side was eggplant salad cooked Filipino style with chopped red onion, tomatoes and green onions. It's the first Sunday of Advent, time to light up the first candle, put up the Christmas tree and decorate the front yard.
