Please call 844-888-2772 or visit MyOchsner to schedule an appointment. If you have an appointment scheduled, please follow the following instructions:
- Arrive at your scheduled time, and do not arrive more than 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
- For drive-thru events, stay in your car.
- Wear clothing that will allow our staff to access your upper arm to administer the shot.
- Wear a face mask or covering.
- Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes for observation following your vaccination.
- For second doses, bring your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card that you received with your first dose.
- Bring a photo ID (driver’s license, passport, student ID, etc.). For Ochsner employees, please bring your employee ID.
Appointments must remain on the schedule as previously scheduled and cannot be moved to a different day, time or location. The sites cannot accept walk-ins at this time.
