It all started in the small town of Hawkins, Indiana. A boy by the name of Will Byers is taken after spending a night playing Dungeons & Dragons with his three best friends: Dustin, Lucas and Mike. Trying to find the lost friend, Dustin, Lucas and Mike come into contact with a new friend, Eleven, who knows many secrets, and also has one of her own. The sci-fi show also is set in the 1980’s and can be scary for young audiences at times due to the infamous Demogorgon.

The perfect show to watch if you’re 1) into history related tv shows or 2) obsessed with the Royal Family. The Crown shows the events of Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation and onward. The show covers main events throughout the Queens reign. The Crown currently has four seasons. In seasons 1 and 2, Claire Foy played the role of Queen Elizabeth II and in 3 and 4, the role of the Queen was given to Olivia Coleman. Every 2 seasons, the casting changes due to the aging of the characters in the show. Fear not, back in July of last year, the official Netflix UK and Ireland Twitter confirmed that the show will have 2 more seasons.

15 Years Ago, Hannah Montana Premiered on Disney Channel

On March 24th, 2006, the world met Miley Stweart. Miley was a young girl living in Malibu, California, she went to a normal public school and had two best friends, Lily and Oliver. However, when she wasn’t studying or with her friends, she was a worldwide superstar and went by the name Hannah Montana. Hannah had long blonde hair and wore funky outfits only she could pull off. She sang hit pop songs such as “The Best of Both Worlds,” “Nobody’s Perfect,” “The Other Side of Me” and many more. The show followed Miley (played by Miley Cyrus) living a double life as a normal teenager and also selling out concerts as Hannah.
