Lose weight from Yoga
Yoga is known to improve flexibility and reduce stress, but will yoga help you lose weight?. Can yoga help you lose weight? There is a lot of evidence that exercise can help, but not much evidence that exercise actually burns calories. A study published in the Journal of Physical Activity and Health found that 60 minutes of vinyasa exercise burned fewer calories than walking on a treadmill. Because of this, it may not be the most effective exercise style when trying to lose weight.
