Retail Milestone: Four Brands Choose DFW Mall for Store Premieres

Great news for shoppers in Dallas Fort Worth with four brands set to open their first stores in the region.

Southlake Town Square has announced four stores will make their debut in DFW at the mall. The outdoor shopping center has 120 stores and restaurants and is attracting a host of new businesses to the area.

Southern Tides, Waggle Golf, and Fount are opening their first stores in Texas at the mall, while Chubbies, which has a store in Houston, will be opening its first store in Dallas Fort Worth.

New stores opening

  • Southern Tides, a premium coastal lifestyle apparel brand with stores in five states
  • Waggle Golf, an online golf apparel brand, is set to open its first-ever retail store
  • Fount sells leather handbags and accessories and has stores in Ohio and Kentucky
  • Chubbies is a men's apparel brand with stores in four states.

It seems like more new stores will be coming to the mall.

"Just like 2023 was an incredible year for Town Square, we are working on some pretty big announcements for 2024." Jason Kasal, vice president and senior leasing director at Kite Realty Group, which owns Southlake Town Square
