Cluck Yeah! Popular Chicken Chain to Open Location in Tyler

Chicken Salad Chick is set to open its first location in Tyler, and there will be prizes and giveaways to mark the opening celebrations.

Good news for fans of chicken salad in Tyler, with Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s only fast-casual chicken salad restaurant concept, set to open a new on Wednesday, June 7.

The store is located at 4710 S. Broadway Ave. in the Plaza shopping center and will be the 27th location in Texas. The store will be owned by local couple Jack and Mona Gabriel, who have owned Bundt Cakes and Marble Slab Creamery businesses in Tyler.

There is a range of giveaways and opportunities to win free food to mark the opening.

  • Wednesday, June 7 – Free Chicken Salad for a Year – The first guest in line will receive one large Quick Chick of chicken salad per week for an entire year. The next 99 guests in line receive one large Quick Chick of chicken salad per month for a year.
  • Thursday, June 8 - The first 100 guests receive a free Chicken Salad Chick Tumbler with the purchase of a Chick Trio.
  • Friday, June 9 –The first 100 guests receive a free Large Chicken Salad Chick Cooler with the purchase of a Chick Trio.
  • Saturday, June 10 – The first 100 guests receive a free Chicken Salad Chick Tote Bag with the purchase of a Chick Trio.
