Thanks to Dallas entrepreneur Mark Brezinski, burger fans in Dallas now have a new option to try.

Brezinski is well known for creating the Asian fusion restaurant Pei Wei and other popular restaurants, including Velvet Taco, Bengal Coast, Tin Star, and Marugame. Now along with co-founder Larry Lavin, he has opened Bizzy Burger.

The restaurant offers a small menu of burgers and just two sides: tater tot fries and kimchi, and is located at 13251 Montfort Dr, Dallas, near Galleria. The location is between Mcdonald's and Burger King- and Brezinski wants to compete against and be more popular than those iconic burger chains.

"I'm aiming at a better QSR model — quick-serve restaurant like a McDonald's or Wendy's, with premium burgers but at an affordable price." Mark Brezinski

There are a lot of premium burger restaurants that might not appeal to families, so Brezinski is aiming for a burger offering that can appeal to all.

"This isn’t going to be a 'boutique' burger spot and it's my intention to be all inclusive of anyone wanting a great burger fix." Mark Brezinski

There is one interesting point of difference between Bizzy and other burger joints.

"We won’t have anything cold. No lettuce, no sliced tomato, no raw onion, no avocado, nothing to change the temperature of the burger. Our policy is going to be 'BYOL' — bring your own lettuce if you want it — because we ain't gonna have it." Mark Brezinski

I know my children will be happy with that- they hate tomatoes!

Bizzy Burger Merchants opens Friday, November 25.
