BREATH TAKING VIEWS at Arizona's 5th Highest Peak | Mount Baldy Come hike to the summit of Mount Baldy with us. Mount Baldy is located in the White Mountains of Arizona. About 260 miles east Phoenix, AZ in Apache County is where you will find this beautiful mountain. Lush with pine trees all the way up until you reach the BALD summit of Mount Baldy. This is a great hike to do if you're up in Pinetop, Show Low, or Greer, Arizona visiting. As it relates to difficulty Mount Baldy isn't too hard from an elevation gain stand point but being as though you're already at higher elevation climbing to the summit at 11,400 feet definitely puts some extra stress on your lungs.
