Next month, LL Cool J's first Rock the Bells Festival will provide hip-hop lovers with a taste of the genre. The festival's "Trill Mealz Food Court," featuring Houston rap veteran and co-founder of Trill Burgers Bun B, will be the first hip-hop food court experience.

Nas' Sweet Chick, Mia X's Whip Them Pots, E-40's Goon With the Spoon, Jadakiss & Styles P's Juices for Life, and Ghostface Killah's Killah Koffee are all included in the event.

LL Cool J commented about the food being part of the hip-hop culture.

"Food and hip-hop are both forms of entertainment and self expression," said LL Cool J in a statement. "Food has always been a theme within Hip-Hop and are uniquely connected." Hosting the Trill Mealz Food Court at the Rock The Bells Festival at Hip-Hop's birthplace of New York City, allows us to really connect with the community and create a fully immersive way to experience Hip-Hop. "

Busta Rhymes has been added to the lineup for the 2022 Rock The Bells Festival. The festival has also enlisted Onyx, Havoc of Mobb Deep, and Large Professor rappers for the annual Hip-Hop event.

Roxanne Shante, Ice Cube, Rick Ross, Lil' Kim, The Diplomats Ft. Cam'ron, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, Fat Joe, and others will perform.

King C. Gillette and My Black Is Beautiful, two Procter & Gamble products, will be the festival's sponsors in 2022. Rock The Bells will contribute a portion of the earnings from each ticket sale to the Universal Hip-Hop Museum in the Bronx.

On August 6, the day-long celebration will take place at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens.
