The motion picture tells the story of Quawntay' Bosco' Adams, played by Aubrey Joseph. After being sentenced to 35 years in prison for attempted possession of marijuana, he escaped from Federal maximum-security prison, under 24-hour surveillance in solitary confinement. A woman helped him with his escape.
The picture locations include Los Angeles and New Orleans produced by Quawntay Adams himself, Justin Steele and Patrick McErlean of Fluke Studios, and Darryll C. Scott of Evergreen Valley Productions, a subsidiary of David Ayer and Chris Long's Cedar Park Entertainment.
"Bosco is an incredible human, not only because of his escape but also because of his passion and drive to better himself and his world. I hope we can carve out a unique, interesting space in the prison genre that reflects his remarkable journey," said Pino.
The movie's soundtrack will feature some of today's biggest superstars. The first single off the soundtrack will feature Snoop Dogg, Dave East, and Steven Young. The tune is called "21 More Questions," produced by Steven Young and his protege K. Twist, and they will be creating the entire soundtrack. The movie soundtrack will feature other music artists, including Tory Lanez and The Game. Other celebrities are being added to the soundtrack as it develops.
