Have you ever wanted to start taking care of your skin but don’t know where to start? Don’t worry, I got your back!

Skincare can seem so overwhelming at times, we hear about toners, eye creams. essences, sheet masks and the list goes on! What if I tell you that all you really need are 3 simple steps to start taking care of your skin effectively? Exciting, right? Let's dive in!

  • Cleanse: The first step is to use a cleanser, and no, your body soap does not count. Find a facial cleanser that suits your skin type, whether that's oily, dry or combo skin.

A facial cleanser will help remove the dirt and dead skin cells sitting on your skin, keeping it from getting
clogged or dull.

  • Moisturize: (Attention people with oily skin) We ALL need to moisturize our skin, no matter if our skin is oily or even acne prone. Moisturizers help keep our skin PH balanced and healthy, plus it also nourishes and hydrates the skin, making it look fresh and plumped.

I know a lot of people is worry about looking like a glazed donut in the streets if they moisturize, well I’m
here to tell you that there’s plenty of options in the market that you can choose from and many of them
won’t even leave a greasy feel or trace of oiliness at all.

  • Protect: This is the last step of the skincare routine and honestly the most important one! We must use sunscreen every day because not only will it protect our skin from UV rays that can cause premature aging and even cancer, but it will also keep our dark spots and other skin concerns from getting worse.

These are the 3 essential steps you need to start having an effective skincare routine. Not so complicated as you thought, right?

So, what are you waiting for? The sooner you start taking care of your skin, the sooner your skin will thank you for it, not only today but in the long run.

Hi there! My name is Anthony and I'm a beauty blogger who loves to talk about skincare and body positivity. I started having acne at the age of 13 and struggled with it for years, it wasn't until my early 20's that I started to discover the world of skincare and started seeing what works and what doesn't for my skin. I'm currently 23 years old and my skin has improved so much so I decided to share my beauty secrets with all of you. With that being said, welcome here and I hope that you can find helpful content within my profile.
