Fogon Cocina Mexicana is one of our favorite Mexican spots in Seattle!

Last weekend we were looking for real Mexican food but a few of my friends warned us “you can’t get real Mexican stuff in Seattle”. But after reading so many good reviews about Fogon, we decided to give it a try. When we walked into the restaurant, I noticed that the restaurant was clean and taken care of. They had plenty of spacious seating, perfect for social distancing. The music was on point and the place had a good vibe. The service was amazing! Everyone seemed friendly and welcoming. While we wait for the order they offered us tostada for each person as an appetizer. The atmosphere was so optimistic, we watched them create tortillas in front of us Loved it! The walls are all lime green which was so cool for the eyes. I ordered Chicken Mole Enchiladas and it was divine. The flavor in the mole was so amazing. My husband ordered Dos tacos with rice and beans - lunch special! he loved that. Great quality of food, great service, and large portions! Would definitely come back and I recommend it for anyone in Seattle looking for a good traditional Mexican place. They are now open for 50% capacity for indoor dining due to Corona. But dining in the car, takeout, and home delivery is available.
