I love this place. I went by after seeing a cool mid-century couch outside the store. Inside is a ton of all different styles and types of furniture. John was happy to negotiate prices and gave me a great deal on the couch, carpet, and lamp. They have a small but densely packed store with a lot of nice stuff. The owner helped me move it the same night to my apartment. He is a kind, fair, and hard-working guy, and really helpful. Overall super happy we stopped here before going to Ikea, and it was great meeting John. Walked out with three great purchases.

Small vintage shop with the most unique stuff. This is a great spot for vintage finds. I love their tinted glass collection, Southwestern-inspired goods, a wonderful selection of high-quality vintage clothing, jewelry, shoes, some newer items tossed into the mix, and so much more. I think their accessories are the best part. There were a few really cute flapper dresses that I loved to try. I would like to spend time there trying some things on. If you are going to a Great Gatsby-themed party, buy your dress here. I wish I lived closer to this store because not only is the shopping experience super enjoyable (like hanging out with two pups while browsing around the store) but the store owner was super friendly and nice. Go here if you're looking for a new vintage store to shop at. Prices are very reasonable here.

We live in the neighborhood and either stop in or get take out pretty regularly. I am a huge fan of their risottos and Brussels. Tonight we got take out and got the special cheesecake with cassis and lemon curd. I think that's one of the best desserts I've had in a LONG time. The service was entirely friendly and accommodating. Their patio is perfect for a sunny Seattle day and the new outdoor seating is one of the few covid19 pluses in this world. I've also enjoyed their soups and a burger that I've had here. Big portions, a friendly vibe for a date or large group, and easy street parking. And yes don't forget to try their delicious hand-crafted cocktails. Some of the best eating we've experienced during these weird times. A really great place at all times.

I got super happy to bring my 2 years and 6 years, kids, to this park. It has an awesome playground for ages 1-6. My kids loved running around the place. This is a gem of a safe play environment for all kids, with all abilities and disabilities. It's fully wheelchair accessible, which means you can roll a stroller in there. There are swings, a basketball court, dinosaur-shaped shrubs, hens, geese, a classroom where you can sign up your toddler, child, or teenager to learn about growing plants and cooking them. This is a free park but there is also a pre-school here so the public can come to play during certain hours only. It is closed to the public until 1:30 pm Mon - Thurs due to summer camp. They have areas to dig and walk around and explore along with a playground and basketball court. It is set up in such a fun creative way.

If you dislike crowds and overpriced attractions, this is a great downtown Seattle alternative to the Space Needle. I bought 2 online tickets for $20 each. See the city and its beauty from above, you can also see the mountains that surround Seattle, breathtaking views from the highest building in the city. Look down and see the city, but you can also see things like the space needle, stadiums, planes coming and going from the airport, freeways to neighboring areas, mountain ranges, and the Bellevue skyline. Seattle at night/sunset is beautiful and well worth your time and money. There are views in all directions with info text describing each panorama. There's a small cafe for coffee, drinks, and sandwiches to fortify you for the rest of your exploration. Unforgettable views from the 73rd floor of Sky View Observatory, truly unforgettable and give a pleasant experience for a lifetime. The price is also 1/3 of that of the space needle. I do recommend looking online for Groupon deals.

I was looking through restaurants to try in Seattle, and this place jumped out with its name and number of reviews. I tried their online ordering. This place was good and pretty cool. I like biscuits and gravy so I loved those gravy and grits dishes! We placed our takeout orders online and went to go pick up our food.

My family and I were having our day at Alki beach. We got starving afterward and decided to look up some food pick-up options. We came across this place and decided to give it a try. We ordered Curry Puffs, Chicken dishes, and side soups. And at the end Thai Tea. The curry meals are excellent. Puff is sweet, wished they offered a spicy option. Chicken dishes, and side soup good. The only thing I might not order again is the Thai Tea. It was sweeter than I like and I like a much stronger tea flavor. But if you love sweet drinks, it's probably right up your alley. The service is also very friendly. Recommended to everyone who loves chicken. I will be coming back!

Sprouts never disappoint me and this is the closest one to Seattle as far as I know. 15 minutes from Cap Hill if you're driving. They have a great selection of items incl Organic, dairy-free, and gluten-free. Lots of variety to try and everyone who works here seems happy and willing to help when asked. The prepared food section is solid, and prices are always fair. I especially like eating sushi from here, the product is fresh and doesn’t rot the next day like from other stores.

It's like the 4th or 5th generation of the same owner, so the son of the owner who runs the place has tons of stories to tell. Every child should go here. Still as fun and interesting as when I was a kid over 40 years ago. A great blend of fun gifts and novelties, as well as artifacts that you don't see on the regular like shrunken heads, mummies, taxidermied animals and fish, and local treasures.

We were roaming around pike place last weekend, we ended up having tacos across the way. I kept noticing this long line at three girls bakery. This place had nearly empty containers on everything so I knew it must be good. I hopped in line for the window and ordered the raspberry bar and double o (Reese's in a peanut butter cookie). Both were delicious and such an unexpected treat. It looks like they are known for their bread! They also have a little space where you can order sit-down. The breakfast sandwiches looked awesome. There are plenty of other items you should check out. I will definitely be back to try more.

Ellenos was another spot on our must-go list during our visit to Pike Place Market food tour. It's located on one of the outside vendor rows of the market, and on a beautiful day made for a perfect treat in the sunshine. If you're visiting Pike Place market tries this out. You’ll be delighted to taste this kind of yogurt. We got the eat and walk option of marionberry and passionfruit. This was so good. I love any yogurt with berries and this was right up my alley. The yogurt is super creamy and thick with a wide selection of toppings to choose from, and the flavored yogurts are at the perfect level of sweetness for me. The people here are friendly, and you always feel welcomed here. They have stanchions set up to encourage distancing and proper queuing, and even if there's a wait, there are multiple staffers so things move along nicely.

The ZigZag cafe is a can't miss bar in Seattle. My friends asked me to come here to have some dinner and cocktails. I arrived quite late and my friends were already checked in. I came here for the first time. This place was dimly lit, the decor and jazzy vibes gave it a classy, old-timey feel. The man who attained me was very kind. He took me to the table, where my friends were sitting. Each table was decked out with a candle as humble chandeliers adorn the ceiling.

Last Saturday, I made a reservation for myself and my husband at the Dead Line restaurant. They are setting a welcoming environment after a hard time of the pandemic. The tables separated from one another, so we felt safe dining here. They follow COVID protocols conveniently. We found the menu quite limited, but the dishes were up to the mark. Loved the drinks, food, and service. The interiors were warm and cozy. The food changes seasonally so you can't determine your order off of Yelp. They had Mexican-inspired food when we went. I ordered their $9 old-fashioned and it was great. The hammered potatoes were outstanding - super crunchy and the sauces put it together. They used a similar sauce on the arepa which was good as well. Overall prices are a bit expensive, but the high quality is worth such a price tag.

My husband and I just want a light dessert after a heavy meal. It was our 1st visit to Molly Moon’s and we were not disappointed. We ordered a scoop of Sweet Cream, Capitol Hill Crunch, and the Yeti (they offer split scoops for two flavors). We were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Yeti comes in a fresh handmade waffle cone. Their ice creams were one of the best ice creams we've ever had (creamy, sweet, salty, yummy crunchy bits), and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. It might seem a bit expensive per scoop but the serving is huge! Get the smaller size if you don't want to be stuffed... They follow covid guidelines, offer masks and sanitizer as needed. The line is organized well to ensure six feet distance.

I haven't been to Archie McPhee in a year but stopped in over the weekend to pick up some random stuff for fun. There are all KINDS of stuff to look at and play with. They have party supplies, crafts, costumes, miniatures, and the weirdest collection of toys and candy that you've ever seen. This shop has everything you didn't know you needed, LoLzzz. My kids love this shop and they save money to buy crazy or quirky items from Archie. You can easily spend a lot on a few things or a lot on many things. Archie McPhee is the perfect stop to buy a gift for someone you know very well or don't. The employees were amiable and followed Seattle's covid guidelines. Masks are required for entry and must be worn while shopping.

This is an exquisite spot for sunset watching (as the name implies). It's a lovely little park on the western edge of Ballard, overlooking a marina and the entrance to the ship channel. I don't know how popular it is, but it truly is a gem. As a dog lover, I have found this to be an excellent vantage point to watch an endless puppy parade! Lots of happy dogs are marching here. You can see an incredible breadth of Puget Sound and, on a clear day, the entire Olympic Mountain range (with a handy reference guide mounted near the fence). Go on a day with some sun and take it all in. There is very limited seating so bring a folding chair with you, sit sideways to watch the water views or people. We brought a picnic essential and viewed the breathtaking sunset.

This is a fantastic shop, fashion-forward with perfect street style. Sandylew is a women's boutique located in downtown Seattle. This boutique offers distinctive and classy clothes, jewelry, accessories like hats, scarves, reading, and sunglasses, and so much more. The owner SandyLew and her team make you feel warmly accepted as soon as you enter her beautiful boutique. The store is bright and airy, the dressing rooms are spacious and inviting. Due to covid restrictions, this store's open days are Wednesday to Saturday 10 am to 2 pm. Masks are a must and no more than 4 persons are allowed at one time. You can also pre-book your visit to avoid any wait.

A great eyebrow shaping and defining service. The lady there was very kind and made sure everything was properly sanitized before providing me with the eyebrow threading service. Her studio was also nice and clean. The entire service took about 10-15 minutes while she threaded my eyebrows and she has a waiting area for you to sit near the entrance if there are other customers. There are several payment options/prices, however, I went with the 6-eyebrow threading for $55, which is a bargain compared to the other places in Seattle. This place truly is a great find!

My favorite meal has always been fried chicken. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to fried chicken. There are a lot of fried chicken places popping up around Seattle, so it's really hard to find Korean-style fried chicken bit spicy, crispy, tender, and juicy from deep inside. Last weekend I went to Mr. Chicken with my husband and seriously it didn’t let us down at all.
