The New York Times reports that a New Hampshire man Geoffrey Holt left behind a secret after he died.

That secret was worth $3.8 million.

Holt was a millionaire who lived in a trailer park in a small town, Hinsdale, N.H.

He lived in the trailer park until his death in June at the age of 82.

Hinsdale's residents did not know that Holt was a millionaire or would leave $3.8 million for the town through the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.

Holt had already decided what he would do with his money back in 2001 but kept it a secret from the town's residents.

They remember him as a quiet, humble, and unassuming man who has given back to the community in a big way.
