Yahoo News reports an interesting incident involving a stolen car in Auckland, New Zealand.

The owner of a cafe, Varun Chada, found that someone had stolen his parked car.

The car was missing for four days.

It suddenly reappeared with an anonymous note and toys in the backseat for Chada's son.

The handwritten note was from the apologetic thief who claimed that they were drunk and needed a ride home. Chada's car still had the keys inside when they decided to steal it.

Chada was stunned at the turn of events. He also noticed that the car was returned in the same condition that it had always been.

Chada thanked social media for the support he received from the online community when his car was stolen.

Meanwhile, police will continue to search for the anonymous "thief."
